Tots Holiday Shop is a site operated by Tot Friendly. Our address is 23 Ware Road, Hertford, Hertfordshire SG13 7EB We are a small family company offering a small selection of products for families wishing to travel with their children.

By placing an order through our site you confirm:
You agree to provide information that is true and accurate
You posses a valid credit or debit card
We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.
Ordering and Delivery
After placing an order you will receive an email acknowledging the order. As an average your goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days – as some orders are dispatched directly from the manufacturer this is an estimated delivery date. You will be contacted should there be a problem with your order.
Payment
We take payment via credit or debit card or Paypal via a secure on-line payment system managed by Worldpay.
Description of products |
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description and consequently will have it’s own terms and conditions concerning, delivery times, warranties after sales services and guarantees.
Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on our website are correct we cannot accept any liability for inaccuracies at any time for any information displayed. In the unlikely event that the product you have ordered is not available, incorrectly displayed or prices we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or a full refund. |
Refund/returns policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
To qualify for a refund you must inform us in writing within 10 days of receipt that you intend to return the item/s either by email: returns@totsholidayshop.co.uk or by letter to the return address below.
A full refund will be given within 30 days of receipt of returned items to us - as long as they are returned in a state suitable for re sale i.e. not used or having any odour not related to the product. We will refund in full to your original card the cost of item/s.
We will refund the initial delivery charge, provided you return the FULL order (if your initial order had multiple items and you are not returning them all we will not refund the delivery charge) where we agree that the product was faulty or damaged when delivered, however the delivery charge will not be refunded if the item is simply unwanted.
You are responsible for your return delivery charge and we urge you to use a recorded/insured service as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that go missing or get damaged whilst being returned.
